These terms govern the use of pacifictechpa.com and hiring the services of IT Center Group S.A., operating as Pacific Tech PA. By using the site or hiring a service you accept them.
Site information
Service descriptions are for information only. The scope, price and timeline of each job are confirmed in the quote we send you before starting.
Quotes and diagnosis
- We never start a repair without your approval of the quote.
- Diagnoses and house calls may have a fee, which we tell you about in advance.
- If an additional fault shows up during the job, we check with you before continuing.
Backing up your data
We recommend backing up your data before handing us a device. We take precautions to protect your information, but we can't guarantee data recovery on devices with storage failures unless you've hired a backup or recovery service.
Warranty
Each repair or service includes a written warranty whose coverage and length are stated on the receipt. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, impacts, liquids, third-party repairs or faults unrelated to the work performed.
Uncollected devices
We'll let you know when your device is ready. Devices not collected within a reasonable period may incur storage fees, as stated on the intake receipt.
Intellectual property
The text, brand, logo and design of this site belong to IT Center Group S.A. or are used with permission. For web development projects, ownership of the result is set out in each project's contract.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site available and the information accurate, but we don't guarantee it's free of errors or interruptions. We aren't responsible for the content of linked external sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama.
